3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the UK via FedEx.

  • For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs office.
